Yaoxne CNC skiving and roller burnishing machine come in two types.

One type is the TGK model, which is not equipped with a power box that drives the workpiece to rotate, but is equipped with a boring bar box that drives the cutting tool to rotate. The processing method of the Yaoxne CNC skiving and roller burnishing machine (TGK model) is as follows: The workpiece is clamped tightly by the oil feeder and secured by the hydraulic steady rest, while the boring bar box and saddle drive the cutting tool to rotate and feed.

One type is the TGK/1, which has a power box (headstock) that rotates the workpiece and a boring bar box that drives the tool rotation. The TGK/1 type Yaoxne CNC scraping and roller burnishing machine offers three machining methods:

①The headstock brakes, the workpiece is clamped and fixed by the hydraulic bracket, and the boring bar box and carriage drive the tool to rotate and feed.

②The boring bar box is braked, the tool does not rotate, the workpiece rotates, and the carriage drives the tool to feed.

③The headstock drives the workpiece to rotate, while the boring bar box and carriage drive the tool to rotate and feed.

Different machining tools are selected depending on the machining allowance.

Generally, the diameter machining allowance of the pneumatic SRB tool is 0.3-1mm. Pneumatic SRB tools are typically used to process cold-drawn tubes or precision-rolled tubes. Alternatively, after rough boring of hot-rolled tubes, a diameter machining allowance of 0.3-1mm is left, followed by finish machining with the pneumatic SRB tool. The machining allowance and workpiece length vary depending on the diameter of the hole being machined. During processing with the Pneumatic SRB tool, supplying air pressure expands the tool for scraping. After reaching the other end of the workpiece, cutting off the air pressure retracts the tool, which is then followed by burnishing. The tool travels back to the scraping starting end, marking the completion of processing.

Generally, the diameter machining allowance of the hydraulic scraping burnishing cutter (hydraulic SRB tool) is 0.3-10mm. Without a roughing insert, a finishing insert can be used to achieve a diameter machining allowance of 0.3-2mm. With a roughing insert, a larger diameter machining allowance can be achieved.
